Sacred Covenant (Terms of Service)
Last updated: August 3, 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ARCANUM Oracle (the "Site"), including the free Pattern Diagnosis and the paid Human-Reviewed Pattern Interpretation. Questions may be sent to support@arcanumoracle.com. Response time is within 2 business days.
The Cosmic Agreement: Ethics and responsibility in the digital archive.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ARCANUM Oracle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase its products. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
2. Digital Products
The free Pattern Diagnosis is currently available at no charge. The only active paid product is the Human-Reviewed Pattern Interpretation for $39 USD. The $79 Full Pattern Reading and $299 Full Pattern Dossier are paused and are not currently available for purchase. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Purchases & Payment
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. ARCANUM Oracle does not collect or store your payment card information; Stripe handles all card data directly. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge shown at checkout.
4. Delivery
The Human-Reviewed Pattern Interpretation is delivered by email within 3 business days after both payment and a matched diagnosis record exist. The report is reviewed and approved by a human before delivery. It is not represented as instant, autonomously approved, or automatically delivered at checkout.
AI may assist internally with organization, drafting, language cleanup, and completeness checks. Human review includes verification of diagnosis evidence, primary-pattern review, secondary-pattern review when present, unsupported-claim correction, uncertainty, and final wording approval.
A completed report includes one clarification or correction when AO materially misunderstood supplied diagnosis information or omitted a promised section. It does not include unlimited revisions, ongoing coaching, unlimited correspondence, therapy, medical diagnosis, mental-health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, prediction, or a guaranteed outcome.
5. Refunds
Contact support@arcanumoracle.com within 7 days of delivery or payment issue discovery and include your Stripe receipt or diagnosis reference. Refund eligibility includes duplicate payment, technical payment error, AO being unable to match the payment to a diagnosis record and therefore unable to fulfill, AO failing to deliver within the stated period without an agreed extension, or a delivered report materially omitting promised sections.
Disagreement with an interpretation alone does not automatically qualify for a refund because symbolic interpretation is inherently subjective. Nothing in these Terms removes statutory consumer rights that apply to you.

7. Intellectual Property
All text, interpretive frameworks, reports, and archive content on ARCANUM Oracle are the property of ARCANUM Oracle and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed for commercial purposes without permission. Your purchased report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
8. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout so your report can be delivered, and for keeping any diagnosis link or delivered file secure. ARCANUM Oracle is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address or a lost link.

ARCANUM Oracle provides symbolic and interpretive content for reflection and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, not psychotherapy, not legal advice, and not financial advice. It does not predict the future and does not guarantee any specific outcome, decision, or future knowledge. If you are experiencing a medical, psychological, legal, or financial issue, please consult a qualified professional.
10. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted, ARCANUM Oracle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes arising from your use of the Site or your interpretation of any report. The Site and its products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind beyond what is stated in these Terms.
11. Governing Terms
These Terms are intended to be interpreted under generally applicable consumer-protection principles for online digital purchases. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws that apply to you.
