Data Sovereignty Decree (Privacy Policy)

1. Information We Collect

Pattern Diagnosis responses. The statements you select during the free Pattern Diagnosis are used to generate your pattern result and, if you purchase a report, your written interpretation.

Contact form and email. If you write to us through the contact form or by email, we receive your email address and the content of your message so we can reply.

Purchase information. When you buy a report, payment is handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment was made and the email address used at checkout, so your report can be delivered. We do not receive or store your card number.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above to generate and deliver your diagnosis or report, respond to support requests, process refunds, and improve the Site. We do not sell or trade your personal information.

3. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the Site — for example, which pages are viewed and how the Pattern Diagnosis is used. This data is used only to measure performance and improve the Site; it is not used to identify you personally.

4. Payment Processing (Stripe)

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. ARCANUM Oracle does not store your payment card information — Stripe handles all card data directly under its own security and privacy practices.

5. Cookies

The Site uses cookies for basic session functionality (such as remembering where you are in the Pattern Diagnosis) and for the analytics tools listed above (Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity). Cookies do not give us access to your device beyond the usage information described here. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not function correctly without them.

6. Data Retention

We retain diagnosis responses, contact messages, and purchase-related records for as long as needed to deliver your report, respond to support and refund requests, and meet basic bookkeeping needs. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see below).

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@arcanumoracle.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
