Data Sovereignty Decree (Privacy Policy)

Last updated: August 3, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains what information ARCANUM Oracle collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you. Questions may be sent to support@arcanumoracle.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

1. Information We Collect

Pattern Diagnosis responses. The free Pattern Diagnosis runs primarily in your browser. The statements you select are used to calculate and display your pattern result. Diagnosis selections and a diagnosis ID may be stored locally in your browser so the result can be matched to a later paid report.

Report intake, contact forms, and email. If you submit a diagnosis for paid report preparation, save a result, write through a form, or email support, we receive the email address and information you provide. Formspree may process form submissions where used by the Site.

Purchase information. When you buy the $39 Human-Reviewed Pattern Interpretation, payment is handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment was made, the email address used at checkout, and payment metadata needed to match the payment to a diagnosis record. We do not receive or store your card number.

Legacy symbolic pages. Some older entertainment or archive pages may discuss birth date, astrology, zodiac, or celestial symbolism. Current Pattern Diagnosis and the $39 Human-Reviewed Pattern Interpretation do not use birth date, birth time, birth place, astrology calculations, celestial tracking, or zodiac data.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above to generate your free diagnosis result, match paid orders to diagnosis records, prepare and deliver the Human-Reviewed Pattern Interpretation by email, respond to support or deletion requests, process refund reviews, and improve the Site. We do not sell or trade your personal information.

A human reviewer may access the diagnosis evidence and checkout email needed to prepare and deliver the report. AI may assist internally with organization, drafting, language cleanup, and completeness checks, but AI may not autonomously approve or deliver the final report.

3. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the Site — for example, which pages are viewed and how the Pattern Diagnosis is used. This data is used only to measure performance and improve the Site; it is not used to identify you personally.

4. Payment Processing (Stripe)

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. ARCANUM Oracle does not store your payment card information — Stripe handles all card data directly under its own security and privacy practices.

5. Cookies

The Site uses cookies and browser local storage for basic functionality, including diagnosis continuity and analytics tools listed above. Cookies do not give us access to your device beyond the usage information described here. You can disable cookies or clear local storage in your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not function correctly without them.

6. Data Retention

We retain diagnosis responses, contact messages, and purchase-related records for as long as needed to deliver your report, respond to support and refund requests, and meet basic bookkeeping needs. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see below).

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@arcanumoracle.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
