AO does not invent a pattern to justify the purchase. If the submitted evidence does not support a coherent repeating pattern, the report still separates the unrelated events, identifies missing evidence, rejects unsupported explanations, and provides a structured observation plan.

Refund requests for eligible issues should be sent within 7 days of delivery. Eligibility includes duplicate payment, technical payment error, inability to match payment to a diagnosis record, failure to deliver within the stated period without agreed extension, or material omission of promised sections. Disagreement with an interpretation alone does not automatically qualify because interpretation is subjective.
